SHIPPING INFORMATION

All prices are F.O.B. Nashville, TN. Average delivery times are 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Shipping costs are weight based. Free shipping is offered within the continental United States on all orders over $75 at checkout, excluding oversized items noted in the text and marked by an asterisk (*). Shipping will be arranged with the most cost-effective shipper unless customer specifies a particular shipper and shipping method. When customer specifies a particular shipper and/or shipping method, actual shipping costs will be charged to the customer. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx ground as determined by individual orders. For special requirements or questions regarding shipping, contact us. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation including tracking information.

RETURNS

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with all merchandise they receive, but occasionally a return is necessary. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Dogmusthaves within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All return requests MUST be obtained via e-mail to returns@petmusthaves.com. We do not accept return requests over the phone. Merchandise must be returned in unopened, unused, sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 5 days of your receipt of shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the merchandise return is a result of an error by petmusthaves.com, the return shipping costs will be paid in full by us.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but sometimes merchandise may be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to Petmusthaves.com via e-mail at sales@petmusthaves.com within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will provide us with a visual inspection of the merchandise and box. If the damage is the result of a shipping error, replacements of the damaged merchandise will be reshipped or you will be issued credit for the amount of the damaged merchandise.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you decide that you would like to cancel your order from petmusthaves.com, please e-mail sales@petmusthaves.com immediately after purchase. Orders can be cancelled and refunded prior to packing and shipping. However, order cancellations received after shipment has occurred cannot be cancelled or refunded. We are dedicated to fast and efficient orders so please notify us immediately after purchase to ensure cancellation and a full refund.

BACK ORDERS AND OUT-OF-STOCKS

We regularly stock every item listed on our web site. Although we attempt to maintain our web pages to reflect "just in time" status of inventory, occasionally we may sell out of certain products. In this event, we will notify you via e-mail of the future availability of the item and anticipated delivery date. At this time you may cancel your order for the product, we can proceed to fill the order with the new delivery time, or we may suggest an alternative for your consideration and acceptance or refusal. If you choose to continue with your order, you can opt to postpone shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receive a partial shipment of the in-stock merchandise first and the out-of-stock item(s) when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

9.25% tax is applied to Tennessee orders only.
